We could not have done this without you. Stay tuned for the list of all the winners early next week.

Dave Perry, former Governor of AAF District 6 and Past President of AAF Greater Flint will be in Washington D.C. on March 30th for an event sponsored by AAF National called “Day on the Hill.” Dave will have access to meet with Representatives and Senators in their offices that day and wants to hear from you, the membership, on your concerns related to legislation that effects your business and the advertising business in particular.
If you have a concern that Dave should take on your behalf to the lawmakers directly, please send it to him via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. This is a rare time in our nation’s history and uncertainty is the only certainty right now.
Let your voice be heard. Dave is anxious to be your voice on March 30th in our nation’s capital.
It’s an exciting time for the American Advertising Federation of Greater Flint as we reflect on this year’s projects and look forward to 2017.
The 40th annual American Advertising Awards gala in Flint will be held Friday, February 24, 2017. The call for entries is open, and we can’t wait to see the best and brightest examples of advertising excellence our region has to offer. Submit your entries for student and professional awards by January 13.
A notable update to this year’s event is the inclusion of a silent auction. For years, the annual AAF-GF Fall Auction has supported student scholarships, while offering attendees a chance to bid on valuable items such as local advertising, artwork, gift cards and more. With these events combined, your ticket to this year’s Evening of Excellence is an even greater value!
As we finalize programming for 2017 and beyond, we’d like to hear from you—our members and friends. How would you like to connect with the AAF? With other local advertisers and marketing professionals? If you have a few minutes, please complete this short survey.
On behalf of the AAF Greater Flint board, thank you for your membership and support these past 40 years.
